Order Policy

We, at “Eazy Malur” value complete customer Satisfaction and accept all orders placed through our official website. In order to purchase products online, you must sign up as a registered user. If you haven’t already done so, you’ll be asked to register as a registered user when you check out. Once the order is confirmed, the customer will receive an email with additional information about the order (Order ID, Order Date, Estimated Delivery Date etc).

Return Policy

If the product is delivered damaged such as crumpled, water damage and other extreme damage. You may raise the concern by mailing to info@Eazy Malur or by calling +91 . All returned items must be in their original condition and customer should provide the bill related to the product and customer should provide a proof of damage either by taking a photo or a video. Your packing slip is not a prepaid Bill. Electronic Groceries are non-refundable, if you are having compatibility issues, please contact info@Eazy Malur. We will only issue a replacement/return to damaged products if it qualifies the above return policy.
